Perillo BMW Earns 2013 Center of Excellence Award

March 1, 2013 -- BMW of North America, LLC, announced the recipients of the annual Center of Excellence (COE) awards. Each year, BMW of North America examines BMW dealerships nationwide and chooses the most successful in terms of customer satisfaction and overall sales, among others. This year, Perillo BMW was one of the recipients of the prestigious award.

There are currently 338 BMW dealerships in the United States. Only 33 received the highly competitive 2013 COE award- putting Perillo BMW in the top 10% of the nation's BMW dealerships.

In a press release, Ludwig Willisch, BMW of North America president and CEO, stated “I am always very proud to welcome the Center of Excellence winners and this year we have a strong mix of repeat and new winners. Being a COE has never been more critical to the success of our brand and we are all inspired by their accomplishments.”

According to BMW of North America, dealerships must receive a high level of customer satisfaction, as well as represent the brand exceptionally, have operational excellence, and display high levels of profitability. Perillo BMW, which has repeatedly received community praise and national recognition, excelled in all four categories in the 2012 year.

In closing, Willisch added, “We recognize not only these outstanding owners and operators but also their teams who continuously demonstrate the ability to perform in a highly competitive market. It takes commitment, adaptability and consistency to reach the ranks of a COE dealership.”
